My dog tore her ACL. She required TPLO surgery. The people there were very kind and knowledgeable. My dog fully recovered and I am grateful for their services!

Love love love these Doctors
They have saved Two of my dogs
At different times and I can’t say enough about how great they are!
When your vet is closed and you need someone right away
These Doctors have all the compassion and love for your pet as if it were there own

I brought my dog in because I fully believed that she was having a reaction to the medication she had been on for a bladder infection. I had stopped giving her the medication and explained that to the med tech and doctor. They recommended I leave her overnight to be watched carefully. Not even an hour after leaving her there, I get a call from the doctor who tells me she went into anaphylactic shock after she administered the medication I spoke against through IV. She then went on to tell me She agreed that it possibly was the medication and I should consider putting her down! I was and still am in total shock that a medical professional did this! The next morning I get a call from a different doctor who had taken over care of my dog. She explained to me that my dog had a disease and asked me if I had my credit card ready to pay 5,000 dollars to run a bunch of test. At this point my dog wasn’t even walking and was hardly responsive after being turned into a vegetable the day before. When I questioned why they administered the medication I told them was the problem, she lectured me, telling me she had 12 years of education and knew what she was doing! UNREAL! My beautiful dog died in their reckless hands! I wish I had never walked in this place. My dog would still be here.These people should be investigated and licenses should be stripped! This place should be shut down! These veterinarians are sick!

Run from this clinic!!!!!!Long waits for hours (Over 5 hours to pick up animal while they "process" them.) Duplicate testing that was charged at a rate higher than for human testing . You feel like you have paid ransom money to get your animal back. $1800 must be a typical base charge based on reading other reviews.

my dog got severely injured Saturday night and I took him to Happy Trails then I transferred him to Carolina Veterinarian Specialist and they did my dog surgery and everything and I highly recommend these people.. they're part of my family now they saved my dog's life

Toke my dog with broken femur, 5 hours later I sought a second opinion after a 7k quote. Worst experience ever.. can’t even begin to tell the experience my dog and I went thru. Please read reviews and stay away from this place, there’s a special place for the people who own and oversee such a horrible place.
