Dr. Trevor Downing performed a fairly rare surgery on me called a TIPS procedure and the results were even better than expected! An excellent doctor! Visited his office today for a follow up appointment, and dealt with a very nice & efficient front desk & nurse. If there is such a thing, it was an excellent medical experience!
Phone appointment was prompt. Doctor was polite and answered my questions. One negative: he seemed slightly rushed.
Professional, friendly staff. Dr. Conklin was absolutely amazing. Answered all our questions and explained everything clearly and concisely. What a pleasant experience.
