Jody of Carolina United Roofing did our roof 6 years ago. During the recent rains, our roof started to leak. He came over and discovered a hole that appeared to be caused by a bullet shot into the sky and landed on our roof. He promptly fixed it despite no fault of his workmanship and despite being out of warranty. What was extremely gracious was he did not charge us!!!
