Matt went over every detail and answered every question we had. He explained the process, gave us info on the quality of the materials and warranty they have. After the job was done, Matt came in did a walk around the property making sure all materials were picked up and the exterior was cleared of all debris. He flew a drone to snap pictures of the completed roof and shared it with us for our records. Overall the process was anxiety free and friendly.
We had our roof and gutters replaced by Carolina United and Roofing construction company and we were completely satisfied with the quality of work that was done. Matt explained the process to us in a thorough manner and answered any questions we had. He made sure the project went well from the beginning until the end. Matt (lead contact for the project) maintained great communication. Clearly reviewed the scope of the contract. When the project met hurdles, Carolina United Roofing and Construction held their end of the contract to find us a solution. Again, can’t speak highly enough on the courtesy and clear communication. House repairs (roof) can be stressful, and Matt facilitated making this as easy as possible
Matt was incredibly helpful and kind when he came out to look at our house and start discussing estimates. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. It’s not often you meet someone so professional yet genuinely friendly.
