Horrible customer service. I've had them back at my home several time to fix the exact same problem.
For access control from automated drive through gates to pedestrian access systems. They can install and repair most systems and are one of the only buisness in Charleston so their response time is better than most other businesses. If you need an access system, give them a call.
It has been over 3 months that they have come to fix gate openers that were wet during Hurricaine Irma. The repairmen are nice and have come back 6 times and have replaced many parts at considerable expense. Yet, we still cannot open gates with remote. Poorly organized and very expensive.Have no clue when we can get gates operational.
