they installed a goodmen a/c, blower fan went out, mike came out said he couldnt find anything wrong, told him the fan stopped and everything froze, said he had motor number and if happened again he would replace, 2 days later unit froze again, called mike, he ordered motor, 1 week later motor comes in, wrong motor, mike blamed it on goodmen, ordered another motor, 1 week later motor comes, mike installed motor and charged me $ 350.00 labor, did not know a/c techs. made more per hour than dr. will not call carolina sun again... read more

Saw them on a list with Berkeley electric. They were the only ones with the cheapest quote. Their air conditioner is awesome. I would definitely recommend them. I wanted to add how awesome this Company really is. Last night 6/5/23 I heard water leaking in my attic. The air handler that that they replaced was leaking. I called them at 1030pm and Mike the Manager called me back 15 minutes later. He sent a guy over the same night that was coming from James Island. Very responsive and great value for great quality. Had a motor go out in my air handler and they were able to replace within a day of me calling them. I would definitely recommend Carolina Sun Heating and Air.
