The staff at Carolina Square is simply fantastic. They create a warm and homey environment. If I need anything at all I can stop by the office and Hannah Elliott will handle it for me. She truly cares about her residents and will go the extra mile to ensure my happiness. If it is Friday at 5:59 pm and I stop by the office, Merrin Davis is more than willing to answer any questions I have and help me in any way she can... even if it means she is there until 6:15. Our UNC rising junior son will be moving in this summer and we’ve been working with Nicole from afar and she’s been an absolute rock star in helping us through the process. Always accessible, quick with answers, great recommendations- she’s made this process as easy as possible which is no small feat with a son whose not always focused on the details.
Carolina Square has been an excellent place to live in! The location is extremely convenient as it is situated above target, directly across Might as Well and less than a 5 minute walk from campus. All of the staff members have been very accommodating. Amenities are good quality and remain very accessible at most times of the day. I would highly recommend living here if location, convenience or parking are priorities!
I highly recommend Carolina Square as it offers an amazing location directly on Franklin st., high quality apartments with top of the line appliances, as well as amenities, and a fantastic staff who are actively working to make Csquare feel like home. This apartment complex is a true representation of luxury living, ideal for not only college/graduate students, but young professionals as well.
