I always get good customer service when I come. I have 0 complaints about Carolina sporting arms.
First started by calling that I had 3 guns in a light duty fire box I had lost the key. The person I spoke with said sure bring it by, likely it will just pop open. In half hour I arrived. The man at the register just glared at me. Finally a lady came to me, I explained I called earlier. She kept calling me a theif....3 times. We had an incredible experience at CSA ,my girl friend and I have limited experience with hand guns . We purchased the beginner program for both of us everyone was more than friendly and everyone was extremely helpful from the time we walked in. We were explained each and every step along the way training video, pick of handgun and what to expect. Our instructor Mark was on point with each and every step of training and shooting . Awesome experience we will be back for another round of training and practice.
I like the professionalism the employees showed, the comfortable temperatures in the range, the lobbies where you could comfortably take a break, the overall cleanliness and the location to uptown. I've visited several ranges in the area and this one wins the gold star!
From my very first visit to my first class they were friendly. Was unsure if I would continue but I definitely am now. They have won themseleves a new customer! Very satisfied.
I've been a member for almost a year now and always had a good experience. Staff has always been helpful when needed. I will be renewing my membership.

I went in for a specific rifle, but wanted to be sure. I asked lots of dumb questions and was given many rifles to hold/discuss. It was a good experience with no sales pressure whatsoever. I will be shopping here for any future purchases.
