Downhill since Carol Lockman, P.A. left the practice at 7 Vanderbilt Park Dr. I'm an established patient seen for chronic neck pain. They ordered an MRI, gave me a steroid injection, which didn't help, prescribed Celebrex, which didn't help, then prescribed a 2 week therapy of prednisone that was terrific. Carol told me we could do that about 3 or 4 times a year. Many months after the effect wore off & I was in terrible pain with my spondylosis, stenosis, arthritis & a bulging disk, I phoned the office to request another 2 w... read more

Dr. Kahout is a very competent young doctor with a pleasant bedside manner. Dr. Kahout's nurse, Rene was very helpful and accommodating when my MRI was not scheduled as planned. However, I have found the office frustrating to deal with. For some reason, the office is unable to do any patient correspondence by email. It must be done by fax, which can be very inconvenient for a patient or family. If you do not have faxing capability at home, you must either drive and drop off or go somewhere and pay to fax documents (e.g. FMLA... read more

I saw 2 Doctors at the practice, and neither was of any help at all. Both were rude and very unprofessional. My advice is to get your primary physician to refer you to someone in Winston Salem or Charlotte. This place will just waste your time and take your money.

Dr Rhoton has performed 2 back surgeries on me, out of 4. Dr. Rhoton is the best in his business! Not only is he a good surgeon but he genuinely cares about his patients. It is so hard for me to believe these bad reviews! It isn't Dr. Rhoton's fault that I live in pain, have 2 pages of diagnoses, walk with a bad limp, have a deformed spine, and on top of all that, I'm old and can't remember half of what he says. (That's why my niece goes with me.) The staff at CSNS is, in my opinion, the same as any other doctor's office. Th... read more

Dr. Rhoton examined me and said his staff would contact me to set up a surgery date within he next few weeks. He advised to stop taking my vitamins and herbs as they could add to bleeding. I waited 2-3 months without a call. When I called I was told, because I had a prior cervical disk surgery, they were looking for another surgeon to make an opening. This was never mentioned on my appointment with him and frankly I think the reason is disingenuous. I had my primary call to schedule an appointment with another surgeon in the... read more

Waited 3 weeks just to get a shot into my spine for pain but checking out was a nightmare. They have some sour puss woman who thinks she's a nurse I guess and her attitude was the worst I've seen in the last 20 years of going to all these doctors. She sits there and tells me to eat aspirin after the procedure and I just said my vicodin seem to work better and she rolls her eyes. Then as she goes on she tells me to use ice instead of heat on my back. I tell her I've been using heat for 20 years and it works way better me. She... read more

Suffered from spinal stenosis, Dr Rhoton did surgery w/o fusion. 8 wks out and I feel GREAT, no pain can walk again, up to mile and a half walks. These folks are the best.

I was supposed to have a appointment with dr. Hoski, but only got to see bill fowler, PA . I had to wait two hours on him and then he only spent a few minutes in the room. He blew me off and I don't believe he even looked at my CT scan. I don't appreciate paying to see a specialist and then get stuck only to see someone who doesn't act like he knows anything about anything.

No compassion for patient when they find out they can't squeeze any more money out of you they release you they do not do a thorough examination overall experience terrible I would not recommend this place for anyone that is in serious pain as they do not care will not help find an answer and if you have no money they will release you at the drop of a hat.they set a appointment up to get extra money from mission assistance which ended October 1st they do not do mri on my neck and when they saw I didn't need surgery or so the... read more
