Car accident brought me here It still affects my life as far as driving and the pain it caused. Coming to Carolina spine and Health has been a great experience. Everyone here are so kind and inviting. I will be recommending them.
I have had vertigo off and on for years. I've had therapy, medication, take-home movement exercises, etc. Nothing helped until I started at CSH Spartanburg. Between chiropractic, massage and therapy, when vertigo flares, they get rid of it! If you have any kind of vertigo/nerve problems, these are the people to see.
Friendly crew, i have been coming since my first wreck and now they are the one i go to for adjustment and irregular pains. Affordable and specialized therapy.
