Very unprofessional staff and a Highly Liberal doctor that judges you with preconceived notions. Offering medication not to help the issue but to unalive you. I wouldn't recommend my enemies to spend there money at this facility. And the women who answers the phone expects you the client to do the leg work of contacting your own insurance company to receive prior authorizations for medicines prescribed when it's CLEARLY the job of the office staff
The worst medical office I have ever visited! They had me waiting an hour and 40 minutes, front dest staff is rude. When I asked for a copy of my results they say they will charge me $25 to get a copy. What decade they live in? All other doctor offices have a secure patient profile where I can access all my medical records. If I can give them zero star I would
The worst. Phone calls are answered by someone that is rude and only is able to send messages. Has not a clue. Sad. Someone like that represents the company. Horrible first impression.
She has been a really good doctor ! She is always welling to help me out as much as she can!
Appointment was over an hour late. The office was dirty and run down. The Dr never took any vitals, never asked about additional symptoms, and very obviously decided as soon as she walked in the room that all of my pain was due to being overweight. She insinuated that since I'm not vegetarian/vegan I will always be in pain. The 30ish seconds she spent on the actual exam caused me significant pain.
