We purchased our hot tub through Carolina Spa and Sean has been nothing but easy to work with and friendly throughout the process. During the buying time, he walked through every tub in detail, and never seemed annoyed with our many questions. He delivered the product on time and perfectly. As a support since install, he has been easy to get a hold of, provide advice, and keep our tub in great working order. Highly recommend. He's not the cheapest, but the best rarely is. You get what you pay for.
Was a great experience, start to finish! Sean had the hot tub I wanted in stock and was ready to deliver it within the week. Delivery was a breeze and he had it set up and working in no time. The installation included a tub cover, stairs and the one month of chemicals. I highly recommend Carolina Spa Company!
We love our new outdoor furniture. Our bar stools are comfortable and heavy! We love the feel and the fact they are so sturdily built. We love our lounge chairs and Adirondack chairs! Everything looks great and Carolina Spa Company was great to work with! Could not be happier.
