Purchased a Cal Spa 4 years ago from Carolina Spa Company. 2 years ago the control panel touch screen became less and less sensitive. Called for service since the it was supposed to be under warranty. After 3 weeks of calling trying to get an appointment, we were finally able to get someone out to our house. The service person arrived, took about 2 minutes looking at the spa and decided that even though it took 4 or 5 taps on the same spot for the screen to register it, that the screen was "working". My wife and I spent many hours shopping for a Hot tub. We saw a few we liked but not quite what we had in mind. When we arrived at Carolina spa we met Sean. He knew exactly what we had in mind. And he had it in stock. Also important was the price and that was right in line with what we expected. We are located a rather long distance for delivery. It was no problem. We recently purchased a Marquis Crown Resort hot tub from Carolina Spa Company. Sean came out to our house to do a site survey and helped us with the hardscaping design for the hot tub placement. We used Sean's contractors for electrical, concrete, and for modifying our deck steps. We loved the one stop shopping that he and the contractors provided. They were all great people to work with. I want to thank everyone at Carolina Spa Company for making our purchase and installation extremely seamless. The team at CSC worked with me making sure the elevated deck was constructed to support the weight of the spa. The installation day went off without a hitch. They carried the tub up the stairs and placed it allowing adequate room to get around with ease. In the meantime the electrician installed the electrical outlets and tub wiring.
