We recently purchased a Marquis Crown Resort hot tub from Carolina Spa Company. Sean came out to our house to do a site survey and helped us with the hardscaping design for the hot tub placement. Sean, the owner of the company, answered my MANY questions and was extremely patient as it took me over a year to make the decision! I want to thank everyone at Carolina Spa Company for making our purchase and installation extremely seamless. The team at CSC worked with me making sure the elevated deck was constructed to support the weight of the spa. The installation day went off without a hitch. They carried the tub up the stairs and placed it allowing adequate room to get around with ease. In the meantime the electrician installed the electrical outlets and tub wiring. We have been hot tub owners for a long time from the first one in CA in the 1970's to the last one in NY until we moved to SC and were without a hot tub. I knew I wanted a Nordic and Carolina Spa Company was the authorized dealer. Sean came over to the house to do a site survey. Together we worked out a practical and affordable installation design. I was very impressed with Sean's knowledge and the impeccable service commitment of him and his team. I would definitely recommend Carolina Spa Company.
