If we could give zero stars, we would. Two times in a row they did not handle things right with an appointment. For each appointment, when we take Don out of the assisted care living facility he is in, he hast to go into self isolation quarantine for a minimum of 72 hours. The first time the dr. was out sick and we had an Appointment. We had given them updated information for contacting us. I could not be any happier with the staff and the outcome of my porcelain veneers at Carolina Smile Dentistry. Dr. Seth, Amber, Lynn and the entire staff were extremely informative and did everything possible to make the process go as smooth and as comfortable as possible. I was told I had 8-10 cavities and needed a root canal when I was 9 months pregnant. Today I went to another dentist because I've had great oral hygiene my entire life and that seemed insane...well this new dentist told me I had NO cavities and NO need for a root canal. Same thing happened to my husband. Be careful who you trust.
Cat is the best! She is wonderful with patients of all ages. She is a welcoming face or voice to so many! She is organized and efficient and will make sure that the experience is the best. Cat makes walking into the dentist the best ever 😍
What a breath of fresh air was Amber, the office manager! Very impressed with her knowledge, customer service and personality. She is a great asset for the practice and community.
