If you want junk, this is the place to go right down to the crappy attitude from the guy behind the desk. The help at the U-Pull-It part of the business was far superior to the customer service at the full service location. Also, if you talk to 4 different guys, you get 4 different answers.
Commercials are TOTALLY misleading for the upullit part of this business(?), borders on false advertisement...if you go there at the right time, the owners walk around with open beer containers during business hours...the motto seems to be, screw the customer when it comes to the 'scrap' division,.'Palmetto Recycling'. The public was defrauded by 5 employees to the tune of around 100k and all they got was fired...Wonder why that wasn't handled within the law?
