This place didn't give us an appointment time and then make us wait forever. We were seen on time and the staff was very friendly.
Dr Etzkorn very knowledgeable and friendly. Concerned about my condition and wanted to help
I think Dr. Twining is a very knowledgeable and qualified doctor but unfortunately he cannot adequately care for the patients he has even though he has heart and experience to help them With the limited hours he is available. I totally understand someone wanting to have a life outside of work. I went to see him with great expectations that he would help me to feel better ...had diminished energy, and pain in my knees and hips which Interfered with any exercise ,walking, and sleeping. I love Dr. Etzkorn, but the support staff are terrible. I’ve been trying to get my RA meds now for 3 months. Once I turned 65 and aged into Medicare, my drug fell off the formulary apparently, and her support staff have failed to contact my insurance company for an exception. I’ve made a half dozen calls to the office and even went in personally once, and nothing. They never called me back once, and insurance tells me there’s been no requests made by my doctor.
