Tina is wonderful and makes the infusion process so easy.
LOVED the doctor but the office staff is not returning any of my phone calls. Blood was drawn but no results were ever conveyed and a prescription needs to be addressed. Impossible to get to speak to the doctor -- no one ever calls back.
When in the office, I've had great experience with the doctors and PA. However, no one returns calls or messages on patient portal even when I send in as URGENT. Twice I've had side effects to medications and no one cares. This time I broke out in Hives and still no one cares. I've left voicemails and sent numerous messages, no response. They simply do not care.
