They don't want to actually fix or replace anything. Bandaid on a bullet hole. I have lived here 7 years and they won't update or replace anything! I took everything out of the bathroom to clean and asked them to do some maintenance while it is empty. They didn't even remove the old caulk before slapping on new. It's been two weeks and all they did was replace the linoleum and did a horrible job at it!
