Made an appointment online 30 minutes before only waited like 20 minutes in lobby , all staff was nice and listened including the Dr we seen
I'm not sure why they allow more than one person to book appointments at the same time. Our wait time was 0 to 20 minutes. It's been over an hour. The building is freezing. It's just a five minute sports physical, I'm not sure how many doctors or people they have here that can perform one but they should definitely not allow appointments if you're going to make one and still be here over an hour for a simple sports physical. Really liked Dr Matthey though and he was definitely apologetic about the wait time at least.
Got in and quickly. Very accommodating staff.
Everyone was very nice. The office is very clean. Didn’t have to wait long to be seen by the doctor.
Went for my dot physical. All the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Great facility.
