I applied for a rental property with Carolina Quality Rentals LLC on December 25, 2024, and paid the $35 application fee through their website. After submitting my application and receiving my background and income check results, I noticed the property was taken off the market on both Trulia and their website the same day I reached out through Trulia due to unsuccessful attempts to contact them by phone.
