After going to multiple dealers, I was extremely pleased to finally find one who didn't try to BS me! I was able to find a good quality car in my price range and couldn't say enough great things about the customer service experience. Straight pricing without the games. I am not impulsive. I went to Carolina Quality Preowned as part of my research and left with a car. So NOT like me, but I felt that the price was fair and comparable to the best I could possibly do with hours of back and forth negotiation elsewhere. This was so much easier. Purchased our 4th vehicle from Phil and Alex this weekend !! Great guys all around, even gave us help when vehicles needed repair Alex was willing to finance our daughters vehicle at zero percent when she came up short on funds and traditional banks would not help. Can not say enough good about these guys and how they help people in hard times!
We were very willing to buy a car today, but we didn't end up doing so. This place has a good selection of cars at reasonable prices. However, I gave it three stars because of the customer service and the fact that they don't finance anything for longer than 12 months. My husband and I lost a car unexpectedly recently, so we were looking for a reliable, affordable vehicle. carolina NOQUALITY preowned...on oct 15 i purchased a 1999 saab for $5500.00.the carlooked great."ALL THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD". it had at least $3500.00 worth of problems.so far i've spent $1505.51 on a new head gasket an turbo.it still needs another $1989.98 to fix the folowing convertible roof,inner cv boot and multi rib belt.they did a marvelous job of "dummying up"and hiding the cars problems(eg.filling leaky convertible roof tubes so the roof would work temporariy).when i first approached the manager,alex cardinell, h... read more
About a month ago I purchased a vehicle from CQPO and I am more than satisfied with the whole transaction. The owner Alex was straight up about everything and his prices are "no haggle" which suits me fine. He worked with me for weeks which is more than I can say for other dealerships, it was worth the drive from Raleigh to Garner, he even seen me on a Sunday, his day off. I drove 2 hours to this place looking for a used vehicle. I didn't really see what I wanted, but Alex, the owner, told me about several other vehicles that I had overlooked. I finally purchased one at a reasonable price, but later had some issues. Alex was very understanding and helpful during the whole situation. He is definitely an honest car dealer - which sometimes is very hard to find. Give this place a chance - I'm glad I did.
Wouldn't go anywhere else.... Being female, I've always hated shopping for cars - new or used - because of that condescending feeling I get from sales people when I walk on to the lot. So it was an incredible suprise to be treated as if I were intelligent and knowledgeable by Alex. He was thoroughly professional, listened to all my needs and answered all my questions without making me feel pressured in any way. I can not imagine a better buying experience and would highly recommend them to others.
