Keep up with how tenants are treating the house and make them keep inside and outside clean and grass cut. One house that has grass to your knees makes the whole neighborhood look bad. Take pictures of new filters that have been put in every three months. Check toilets and water to see if valves are shut off because the toilets don’t work. Do a more thorough final walkthrough and pay the owners for all damages and fifth!! Don’t use this company

I am currently a tenant in a home managed by this company. Since Monday of this week I have been trying to get the heat fixed in our house. (It is now Friday & the heat is still not working.) I have two small children (ages 5 and 6) who have been sleeping in a house with no heat during the coldest week of the year. Temperature lows have ranged from 12 to 17 degrees this week in our area.
