I witnessed a disturbing incident today involving a woman who identified herself as a proper manager with this company. This woman named Libby arrived at a home across the street from my residence. She was yelling and using profanity towards my neighbor. Her unhinged behavior caused a scene at a typically peaceful residential neighborhood. This method of conducting business is highly unprofessional and concerning. If this type of behavior is tolerated and perpetuated by this company, I would avoid it at all costs.
