Im not sure whats going on with the customer service end of things. The office lady was amazing and got me in contact with a man very soon. The man I spoke to proceeded to not get back with me till later on in the week, which is understandable as business gets busy, but his lack of clear communication really is bothersome. The man I spoke with extremely pushy and rude to me. I asked for a quote on a fencing project, and he told me I had to measure the fencing project so he could give me an estimate to the job. I told this man I have never used a tape measurer in my life, lol. He then began to ramp and rave and say how stupid I must be. I then hung up. The man then called me back to ask if we lost connection. Never have i felt so disrespected and angry at the same time. I took my business somewhere else.

Rude and unprofessional. Called for a quote and I'm being asked technical information that I'm not familiar with. Seems like I was suppose to give all details over the phone as if they weren't going to the property to get measurements. Then hangs up in my face. Cant make this up. My money will be spent elsewhere.
