Visited yesterday, the receptionist was pleasant as always and Dr. Lagadapati’s intake asst. was attentive and interested with our concerns. Been coming for seven years, Dr. Lagadapati herself has excellent bedside manners and has always been accurate with her diagnosis and she’s very clear in explaining the why’s behind a treatment/procedure.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Prajwala. She is incredibly kind, compassionate, patient, and professional. She truly takes the time to listen carefully, understand your concerns, and explain everything in a clear and thoughtful way. I never felt rushed during the appointment, and I really appreciated how comfortable and supported she made us feel. I have never had any issues with the doctor or her assistant…. From the front desk to the end of my visit, they have been professional, friendly, anytime I have a question it’s answered, my needs are taking care of.. I have been with “Carolina Primary Care and women’s health” since 2008….
