We live in Rock Hill but drive to Fort Mill to go here. The staff is super nice, they are resonably priced and they have always been great when we have had any issue with any of our pets.
Front desk employee (Older lady) Is EXTREMELY RUDE ... On phone AND in person. The Dr. checked my dog (didn't even introduce who she was , no clue she was even the vet) a total of maybe 45 seconds. I'd say she pet my dog and that was it. I asked the assistant when vet would be in and she said she was just in. I couldn't believe it. They took my pup in the back for test and gave a shot and that was that. They said they checked for everything then hit you over the head w the cost for that crap.My opinion? Very pleased. Our then, 15 year old yorkie had a severe case of acute pancreatitis. We were extremely concerned with her advanced age. They provided exceptional care. Excellent staff, kind and caring. Flexibility with care, we took her home each night and back in the morning for IV antibiotics. No complaints about the price either, very reasonable. Glad to report she is now 16 and doing quite well.
This facility treats my chihuahua as if it is their own dog:-) the staff is beyond wonderful and the vet is extremely compassionate and goes to past the duty of a Vet to give top line care! Thank you Robbie Chapel

brought lexi today for the first time on the recommendation of a neighbor. we live in the next town over--and i will come here forever instead of the local vet i brought her to when we first got her last year. it was just a little problem today plus vaccs and checkup, but i already love this place!!! you can easily tell that they really care.
