Karen is a disgusting realtor who should be ashamed of herself , she had my husband and I move from CT to South Carolina know the house we were purchasing was not move in ready and that is was also unlivable inside, wasp nest inside and out , carpet that was stained with food , dead bugs all over, toilets black, mold inside house . Not to mention thanks to her not telling us all this we ended up homeless and living out of our cars with 3 dogs and a bird . If you're using Danielle Breda who is supposed to work here ( so she says) she is deceitful, no integrity and flat out knowingly sold us a money pit. Now she's trying to take our property. Paying unlicensed surveyors In an unmarked truck where they staked on our property. Luckily when we contacted the county and told them what she's done. We were advised to bring in all our text messages and receipts and gave us an appointment to physically speak with a supervisor. We've also had to retain an attorney.
