Both my children have received amazing care from Dr Hanko. She always takes my concerns seriously and is a wonderful physician. Joy is a fantastic lactation consultant who helped me so much with breastfeeding my NICU newborn. We came in every week with a progress report and she evaluated and suggested tools and positions to help while cheering on our successes. Called the office to schedule an appt for my sick child. They stated that because we have a religious exemption for vaccines that they would be unable to accept him as a patient. Pretty sure that's unconstitutional, they have to get that Pharma Bonus Money by making sure their vaccine rates stay above 80%. So sad they put that bonus money above children's health. Lady on the phone was very rude and kept over speaking me…. My daughter’s records were transferred and somehow one of my kids were not… she was talking to me as if she was frustrated like honey I’m frustrated my child has not been seen during sickness the ER won’t do much as they say “Follow up with a pediatrician”.
Love this place. Great people. Dr. Hanko is the best.
First visit with twin granddaughters, from making the appointment, front desk, nurses, appointments. All were so accommodating, helpful, cheerful, all around amazing! Positive environment and very knowledgeable. Thank you for making our visit so great
