Carolina Peds is the best. My son was one of the first patients At the practice. Dr Song and Dr Nelson are wonderful. They saw my son through many adventures and misadventures. He always felt comfortable talking to them. The nurses have always been on point . It was very sad when we had to switch doctors because he was going to college . Dr Song and Dr Nelson and staff are very good with first time moms and nervous moms.
5+++ stars! I've been coming here since I was a toddler and now my babies go here! I love all the staff at Carolina Peds. I cannot say enough how grateful we are for them and their care that they provide for our family! Absolutely the best decision you can make for your children.
We LOVE Carolina Peds and ALL of their wonderful, compassionate staff! I highly recommend this group of physicians, we have seen everyone and been extremely pleased with the care we have received!!
We have loved our time at Carolina Peds! The Lactation Consultant has helped me through breastfeeding twins and then breastfeeding another baby with twin toddlers at home! Not sure which was more of a challenge, but the LC and the staff have been encouraging and helpful through it all! The LC even waited with my kids at the door to the building so I didn't have to drag the whole circus out to the car in the rain. So thankful for her! I have been impressed by Carolina Pediatrics. The front office staff, Dr Butcher, and lactation consultant have been very professional. The front office staff is friendly and willing to answer questions. Dr Butcher is wonderful. She never makes us feel rushed thru an appointment and takes the time to ask how things are going with our newborn. As a first time Mom I am thankful for the lactation consultant who is there. The staff was great but the wait was ridiculous. Our appointment was at 12:30 we got there about 12:10 and at 2:00 we was still in the room not seeing a doctor
