I loved Dr Mubarak initially when he was my firstborn son's pediatrician. However, when my son was about 18 to 24 months old, I grew concerned over his developmental and speech delays. Dr Mubarak repeatedly assured me that he would be fine, that "it sometimes takes boys a little longer."
