Andrew Humann was very conscientious about my husband's needs. My husband needed a more comfortable socket and Andrew helped him receive a new, Slingshot socket. Andrew did the necessary research and took the time to fit it properly and teach us how to get it on and off properly. We appreciated his attention to detail and his positive attitude.
Excellent experience. They were with me every step of the way from the time I first went into the hospital. They even were there for my follow up visit with the surgeon to remove the staples from my leg. They took their time and answered all my questions. I was able to walk out of their office on the first day I received my prosthesis. They could not have done a better job.
Cable broke while on vacation, got us in the next day for repairs. Andy restrung and reassembled my lower cable and spool. Very nice and professional guy as well as other staff!! It was a great learning experience for both of us!!! We used parts out of my emergency repair kit and OKC Ottobock is overnighting the parts… great job!!!!
Andrew is awesome he took the time to mold my stump and make my prosthetic leg. This has been the best fitting one yet. Still getting used to it but I know it takes time. Andrew tries hard to make the prosthesis as comfortable as he can. Thank you for all you have done.
