I have been a patient for many years and have come to appreciate the personal care of Dr. Scroggs and his office. He has an experienced and trained team of associates who assist him with his important work. He is always careful to expalin everything in a relaxed and comforting way. He is a doctor that I fully TRUST with my eyes.
The very competent, Dr. S took all the time I needed to thoroughly explain everything I had questions about. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable & efficient. I highly recommend this practice!
My children have been patients at this practice for over 10 years mostly because Dr Scroggs used to spend time explaining and discussing and being available after hours. In recent years, the appointments have become rushed with other staff doing most of the work (many without any sense of humor or willingness to engage in any conversation let alone explain what they are doing) and the amount of time Dr Scroggs now spends with us is often 5 minutes or less.
