I have had two experiences with CarolinaOne. (1) in 2017 with Linda Laird, she helped us sell my mother's estate in Knightsville. She did a great job and we got the property sold at a favorable price. Linda shepherded the process with the buyer and minimal negotiations. (2) January 2025, Denise Salvi (CarolinaOne).
