I highly recommend Carolina Neighbors Home Care. Everyone at the agency worked hard to accommodate our individual needs; providing excellent home care and coordination during a difficult time for our family. All interactions with CNHH were professional, prompt and courteous. Truly a top notch organization.
C Neighbors worked with us for almost 2 years caring for our dad with dementia. They started with us a few days/week for four-six hour shifts. As his illness progressed, they worked for us 12 hours/daily which was the last 9-12 months we used them. In April 2025 it was necessary to move him to a facility for full time care. Carolina Neighbors is a very professional and caring home care service. They have excellent communication and strive for the best possible care. Our experience has been outstanding and we highly recommend them. They will be available and ready to meet your needs with outstanding care.
We have been pleased with CN since they began providing care for our father in 2023. The caregivers have always been on time, and taken care of all responsibilities that were required. Joyce has been a great supervisor to work with and is responsive when needed. If a caregiver was not available- CN was quick to intervene and make sure that all shifts were taken care of without interruption.
Carolina Neighbors Home Health Care provides a great service. Joyce, Owner, is totally involved and makes sure everyone is satisfied with the service provided, staff and keeps in touch. Joyce helped us a great deal including, Assisted Living facilities, Hospice coordination, and help to find other services we needed. Would recommend her and her staff without hesitation.
