I'm very appreciative of the great amount of kindness that Dr Suwan and his staff showed me today! I was very nervous going in to get an injection in my hip so I could have an MRI. He was so patient and really made the experience not so scary.
Worse experience with customer service....nurses and the front desk are horrible...Dr. Suwan is great but horrible people he uses to represent him! Took 6 months to get approved for a mri because the office staff is incompetent! Office manager included!
DR MARTINEZ ONLY - I really wish I'd read the other reviews first - I would not recommend Dr Martinez to ANYONE unless you have a few hours to spend cooling your heels in his office. First visit it was an HOUR before they took me back, DIDN'T have my labs, wasn't told they NEEDED them prior to the visit - another 30 minutes in the room waiting to be seen... 15 minute visit, I will say, he did address my issue by adjust my medication, but had no interest in a complete workup of potential autoinflammatory issues - went back fo... read more
They were easy to make an appointment with and I was able to be seen very quickly. The staff members were all friendly and helpful. The wait time was short and the office was clean.
