I have used them multiple times. Friendly staff and quick turnaround. They have done the exhaust, brakes and bearings in my land rover and they have always done a great job. Frankie is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them
Great service great experience
I had an exhaust that was too loud for my liking. Carolina muffler provided me with recommendations on which brand and style to go with to meet my needs. It wasn't a brand they sold, so I ordered it myself and they installed it perfectly! My car is now much quieter AND sounds much better thanks to their expertise. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
I have been going to Carolina Brake and Muffler for 20 plus years. My customer loyalty is reflective of their customer service, prices, knowledge and their work. Their technicians have always done great work. Whether I call or go in Frankie always takes her time and explains things throughly and will show me the parts. And if the work doesn’t need to be done right away she’ll let me know that. The icing on the cake is that she is always cheerful and has a great sense of humor. Travis give that girl a raise .
I just moved here from Louisiana in February and, unfortunately, my car broke down pretty much as soon as I got here. It can be so overwhelming moving to a new place and not knowing anyone... and on top of that your one form of transportation breaks down??
