Diania was such a wonderful person to work with, she made the process very understandable! She showed us quite a few homes and was very down to earth about each property! She helped find a wonderful property for our first home! The process of buying a home was so much more understandable and smooth working with her! I cannot say enough good things about Diania and her team. My mother was selling her home she lived in over 40 years and I was trying assist Mom from another town. Diania is absolutely the best realtor! From the first meeting, she made us feel at ease, explaining the selling process carefully and clearly, and provided ready answers to our many questions. She made sure she was always available, and her sources for work on the house was amazing. This greatly lessened stress on our part. Every detail was handled professionally and with care. Completely professional. A fun masters class on how to list, prepare, stay timely, and enjoy the benefit of great prospecting. After all that the sale was a natural result. Carolina Modern did a superb job.
