Getting 1 star is being generous! What started as a cut developed into a half dollar coin, 2cm deep. To surgery and a 6 day hospital stay. Round the clock blood tests with an aggressive mixture of antibiotics pumped into my arm. Dr. (Hate that tile) John Hoitink, my now x-primary care physician at this group failed to diagnose or listen to my concerns on the constant puss discharge and the growth two weeks after injury. Recommendedcompetency and efficiency of doctors and staff. thanks to all
I went here for a couple of visits. They lose my business and recommendation over a $25.00 copay; IN WHICH they couldn’t even take that day due to the power being out. The reason, (Note; This was a follow up) Dr.Villamore seen me in his office the day he had no power. So, he couldn’t see my medical record or anything. I was in a disagreement that day with even being seen. He did prescribe me a RX. I wish now that I wouldn’t even have discussed one issue with him. My husband and I see Dr Hoitink and we love him. He listens and has a great personality
Would never recommend this practice to anyone: out of B/P meds for 8 days with no communication; can't get medical records for 10 days+ and then probably getting charged (?); very poor communication and total chaos and phones always out. Definitely unprofessional......
