The whole team is top notch. I originally tried the online version of therapy through what I thought was a reputable company, but quickly realized it wasn’t what real, safe care looks like. Dr. Ryan and his team genuinely care, bring extensive knowledge, and provide monitoring that is second to none. Having an actual doctor you can see, talk to, and who responds quickly makes all the difference. Carolina Longevity has earned my trust completely — I’m team Carolina Longevity for as long as they’re around or I’m alive.

I’ve had an outstanding experience with Dr. Ryan. He takes the time to truly listen, walk through possible causes, and create a thoughtful plan that focuses on treating the root issue—not just the symptoms. He never rushes appointments and is always available to answer follow‑up questions. His staff is friendly, organized, and extremely knowledgeable. I’m genuinely grateful for the care I’ve received and highly recommend Dr.  Ryan to anyone looking for a doctor who goes above and beyond

I came to Ryan for a VO2 max assessment at age 60, and the experience completely changed how I think about training and aging. He took the time to explain my results in a way that was both scientific and encouraging, focusing not just on numbers, but potential.
