I came into their office one day, saying that I was done with a property and wanted it short-selled. They did me one better and went above and beyond and found a buyer and sold the house! They even stuck around after the purchase to help any issue and problems I had with my current home as well. Me and my wife came to lakeside realty to help us purchase our first home. We were renting and had 30 days to be out because the owner was selling. Our Realtor was Tim and he did an amazing job. He went above and beyond and helped us out despite the short timeframe. Tim worked after-hours and during his days off to get us into the right house quickly and pushed others to do the same, knowing our circumstance.
