My son experienced a bad fall yesterday afternoon. Dr Malley and staff were very accommodating and met us at the office to care for him. We appreciate all that was done for Egan.
My 5 year old had to have several things done (crown, fillings, and a molar extraction), and they did such a great job that he isn't worried about having to go back in the future. I am impressed at the skills this crew has to get the job done and not scare off children from dental work. My son didn't even realize they were pulling his tooth! Great job!
That place is great but I'm confused about one thing...dr. Malley has the whole page about herself and her experience on their website, but only one sentence about her staff (very nice people by the way). My son been there for 3 different appointments, fixed 4 cavities...but they were fixed by male dentist who did amazing job. I have no idea who he is and how much experience he has. On the other hand I've met Dr. Malley only once for 2 minutes...
Today was my daughters first trip there and she absolutely loved it. We were nervous she was going to cry and get upset but as soon as we walked in the staff were smiling and inviting. Olivia already wants to go back :-)
Yesterday was my 15 month old's first dentist experience. The staff and Dr. Mallory were so very kind and understanding. They went out of their way to explain everything that he will be experiencing while teething and ways to help alleviate the pain. I look forward to bringing my son for the foreseeable future!
