I was impressed with the facility, the assortment of autos available, and especially the salesman (!Akan). No pressure, and no haggling...both important to me.
Alan was terrific throughout the process. His communication was consistent, and I really felt he was an advocate for me during negotiations. I appreciate the dealership's willingness to create a win-win situation! This was my second purchase, and I was just as happy the second time around!
