Terribly ran business that feels like they want to scam you into paying for what I am going to assume is overcharged repair services. I dropped my watch off to get fixed on a Tuesday and was told I would be called by Thursday with an estimate before the fixed it. No call on Thursday. No biggie...things happen so I stop by the store Friday on the way home from work to see what was going on. The new owners are very poor business professionals. They will not honor my lifetime warranty from the previous owner. I must say the previous owner would have taken care of the problem. I will never do business again with this company and urge any potential buyers to go elsewhere. He would be glad to fix it for a price. I am taking the ring to a reputable jeweler to be repaired, I was not about to give him money for something that I had a warranty for!!!!!!

The nicest Jewelry purchase experience that I can remember. I met most everyone I think, and they all were professional, courteous, and didn't mind going out of the way, back and forth looking at many items. The owner himself even worked to give extra discount. They worked tirelessly to set up a very complicated watch to my liking, without complaint. That's what I'm talkin about ! I'll be back and I'll refer everyone. Thank you again Carolina Jewelry.
