No attempt was made to identify other areas that needed repair other than what was visible. While cleaning shower afterwards I found two other spots that needed attention.

If the homeowner had contacted me I would have been happy to return and fix any issues.
They came in and recaulked the tub and did a great job and gave me an estimate to regrout whole area. Nice and professional.

Good job done, but then I haven't found a contractor of any discipline who would do it the way I want it done. Possibly that is from a perspective of profectionism or wanting/expecting more from service providers than realistic. I would still hire the company again.

The job was not completed in one of my bathrooms. Quote they gave me left off part of the job so I had to pay more to complete repair. In addition, they poured chemicals down our sink and shower ruining the metal on shower handle and bathroom sink drain.
Very prompt, arrived for evaluation apt and repair work on time, very professional. Pleased with the work.
Eric does great work. He is efficient and performs quality work.
