Disappointed in the quality of work provided. We needed to partially repair grout and caulk in 2 showers, however, after one shower was completed Eric returned to correct areas missed and correct obvious problems. Unfortunately, the shower caulk began to leak where it had never leaked before, consequently rather than Eric return for a third time, we chose to identify a new person to both repair the leak created in the first shower and address the issues in the other shower. Eric responded to a request for estimate the same day and provided a very reasonable quote within the week. Brandon completed the repairs on the grout three days later and the workmanship was excellent. I needed the work done before having frameless shower walls installed within a two week timeframe. I highly recommend Carolina Grout Works as they made the tiles/master bath shower and floor look like new. Superb job on my master bath project.
