Carolina Gold built our new deck and we are very pleased! Cody, the owner is very professional. He kept us informed and was very fair and flexible when unexpected changes came up. The high quality work and great service gave us the results we expected. We truly appreciate Carolina Gold’s commitment on this project. Don’t hesitate to call them, we chose CG after meeting with 4-5 other contractors…it was the absolute right decision!
I contacted them for a quote to add a bathroom to our home. They scheduled a time, and the owner herself came out to meet with me. She spent a good 30 minutes with me, was very knowledgeable, and assured me that I would receive a quote within the next week. Unfortunately, after that visit, she has gone completely dark. I have left several voicemails and text messages, but no one has returned my calls. Very disappointing experience, and sadly, we are moving on to another company.
We were very happy with the results of our porch. Cody Arave did everything we needed and asked for.
