Absolute worst financial institution I have ever dealt with. After trying for WEEKS to close my account, I am STILL receiving emails and billing statements. When I called the branch to confirm the account was closed, "Frankie" told me the "$0.00" owed on the statement was showing it was "closed". When I argued that if it were closed, I shouldn't be getting a statement, she HUNG UP on me. When I called back, I was told that if I called again, they would PRESS CHARGES for HARASSMENT! We give our kids $5.00 for every "A" on their report cards. My 13 year old's account (that I don't keep up with every month) has been charged fees and more fees. making all her hard work worth NOTHING! Same with my son's account. I called and got some smug snot that acted like oh well and didn't even apologize. Not to mention I am not able to close the account down over the phone...she didn't even suggest mailing the information to close the account. I will be banking online from now on where I can open and close my accounts... read more
