We give our kids $5.00 for every "A" on their report cards. My 13 year old's account (that I don't keep up with every month) has been charged fees and more fees. making all her hard work worth NOTHING! Same with my son's account. I called and got some smug snot that acted like oh well and didn't even apologize. Not to mention I am not able to close the account down over the phone...she didn't even suggest mailing the information to close the account.
