Absolute worst financial institution I have ever dealt with. After trying for WEEKS to close my account, I am STILL receiving emails and billing statements. When I called the branch to confirm the account was closed, "Frankie" told me the "$0.00" owed on the statement was showing it was "closed". When I argued that if it were closed, I shouldn't be getting a statement, she HUNG UP on me. When I called back, I was told that if I called again, they would PRESS CHARGES for HARASSMENT!
