Dr. Saffer is wonderful. He is efficient and very knowledgeable! I have had 2 ingrown toenails on the same toe and he took the time to numb my toe completely before removing a slice of my toenail. I had a toe fusion 4 yrs ago and that caused the ingrown nail. My third time back he said he would need to remove the same sliver of toe nail and deaden the nerve so it did not grow back. This was my first trip and the Dr. Shaffer made me feel at ease. I dont like needles and he talked to me through the whole process. The staff was very polite and helpful as well.
This place is phenomenal! I've developed Plantar Fascitis over the course of working retail in my life so that's what ultimately brought me in. Dr. Andrew Saffer has a very nice bedside manner; he is cheerful and optimistic and does all that he can to help you get well. I also have severe ingrown toenails and he has performed the "permanent procedure" on both toes. I am still recovering but am getting better everyday and there is absolutely no pain whatsoever.
