I highly recommend Dr. Slovak and his team! I was referred to this facility by insurance company and I’m so glad this facility was the chosen one! Great experience here. Dr Slovak was thorough and took the time to explain the issue and recommendations. He made sure I understood the treatment. The staff were helpful and kind. I highly recommend this practice. JW

I saw Dr Slovak. He was really nice, when I could get a hold of him. I went in for some foot pain (Mon, May 11th) and was VERY surprised to learn my foot was broken in two places. They told me to wear a boot for 4-6 weeks (unfortunately it was right foot so I had to take it on/off every time I drove) and to get an MRI to see the extent of damage.
