Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been trying to get scheduled a service and cannot get an answer from anyone. Ernie is the worst when dealing with a customer. He cut me off mid sentence today and told me his temperature was increasing when I told him I needed a date or would be going elsewhere.
Do it right the 1st time instead of just getting your money from customers and not answering or returning calls when the work was not done right. After 6 months of raising cane and repeatedly going to the business I finally got my floor done right. I don't recommend!!
Very nice employees and great material, I love my floors!
